Beacon Hunt - Use Beacons for Scavenger Hunts! app for iPhone and iPad

Designed for use with Estimote Beacons (http://www.estimote.com), Beacon Hunt will help you wow the neighbors and excite your customers by making clever use of beacons for hunts.

Beacon Hunts can be conducted either online with a connected hunt driven by push notifications or in offline mode, with individual finds timed and logged when the user is online.

Create an awesome Easter Egg Hunt by concealing a beacon inside a plastic egg and hiding it.

Online hunt (Connected mode):
- Build your hunt by creating a six-character PIN for use by the guests.
- Send this PIN via email from within the app.
- Guests and customers join this gated hunt by inputting the proper PIN and can search for the beacons with the app.
- If a guest comes within a meter of the beacon, a button appears and they can claim the beacon - Mint, Blueberry, or Ice color by pushing the appropriate button.
- A push notification is sent to the members of the hunt when a beacon is claimed.
- Enhance the hunt by adding prizes of your own if a beacon is found.

Offline hunt (Orienteering mode):
- The app requests that a user inputs a name or handle for tracking.
- The hunt can begin! A timer starts, and when a user finds a beacon and presses the claim button, the find is logged and will appear when the user is back online.
- The user has access to the Lost and Found and Trophies sections which log all finds, and your own finds, respectively.
